The guiding principles, which we derive directly from our corporate philosophy, influence our attitudes and business practices. They are binding for all our employees.

The company’s guiding principles illustrate our common values. It is our primary goal always to do justice to these values in our everyday work. We have summarised our values as follows:

  The company’s cost-effectiveness is of crucial importance. Without earnings a company can neither serve society, by means of taxes, nor employees by providing good and safe jobs, nor its customers by providing good products.
• Quality and safety:
  We are committed to developing and providing good products and appropriate services. Our products should satisfy our clients’ requirements and expectations both in terms of quality and safety.
• Learning / initial and follow-up training:
  We all strive constantly to increase our knowledge. Initial and follow-up
  employee training both in the technical field and in the field of
  mutual relations, not only contribute decisively to safeguarding the future of the business, but also the personal future of each and every employee.
• Top performance:
  Within the company, we endeavour to employ our personnel in line with their
  know-how, skills and talents. In turn, our employees are responsible to fulfill the tasks they have been commissioned with to the best of their abilities and with a high sense of responsibility. Our executives set clear, ambitious and motivating goals. Management by example goes without saying.
